now, some of them are experiencing early puberty. the girl between ages 11 and 12 have started menstruating, and the guy's voice is already cracking. at this stage, bring the word of God to them more often.
Remember he/she may have given his/her life to Christ maybe at age 4, but now he is going to experience peer pressure so much that he/she would almost believe the wrong to be the right.
Teach them, how to experience God for themselves, let them find the truth in the Bible. Don't compare them with other people in church or in the community. always remind them of "what would Jesus do". at this stage u can either make or mar their future or better said, you can push them to making wrong decisions that they would regret and curse u or right decisions that they would appreciate and bless u all the days of their life.
To teens.
some are already out of school, dear the choice you make at this stage of your life matters.
its at this time we decide
- what do i wanna be?
- how do i become what i wanna be?
- what course do i study?
- which school do i enroll into?
- who should i make friends with?
- who do i love among all these?
- who am i?
- whats my temperament?
- who do i marry?
- and on and on and on.
We would talk on them one after the other.
Do well to make comments, ask questions and God will help me do my best in giving the right answers, and where i can't we will find the answers in the bible.
